The Chesapeake Infant Intervention Program
The Chesapeake Infant Intervention Program is the local lead agency for the Infant and Toddler Connection of Chesapeake. It provides early intervention supports and services to infants and toddlers from birth to age three who are not developing as expected or who have a medical condition that is likely to result in a disability.
Children’s Assistive Technology Service
Established in July 2014 to provide assistive technology to families and children, C.A.T.S. has become the largest provider of no-cost pediatric adaptive and rehabilitative equipment in Virginia. C.A.T.S. is a lifeline for families of children with physical, neurological, and developmental disabilities.
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is dedicated to inspiring a love of reading by gifting books free of charge to children from birth to age five, through funding shared by Dolly Parton and local community partners in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Republic of Ireland.
