Phillippa “Pippa” Leo, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
I am a pediatric physical therapist with a commitment to making treatment fun and playful. I have worked in adult and pediatric outpatient settings, as well as early intervention, for over 10 years. My true passion is helping families find individualized strategies that are realistic for their needs and wants, since children learn best when they are engaged and having fun.
Before going back to school to earn my physical therapy degree (DPT) I worked in the school setting for kids with multiple disabilities. I also worked for a year as a research assistant at The Mayo Clinic. I discovered my love of physical therapy by volunteering at a riding center providing hippotherapy. I have extensive experience working with children with developmental delay, neuro-developmental disabilities, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, torticollis, plagiocephaly, autism spectrum disorder, genetic disorders, cardiac defects. and developmental coordination disorders.
